Chromebook & Hotspot Collection

Friday, May 18, 2018 is the last day for Chromebook collection. Any student who does not turn in their Chromebook by end of day tomorrow will be flagged in Infinite Campus for a $50.00 replacement deductible that will have to be satisfied before grades/ report cards/ diplomas will be released. This portion is automated and beyond local school control.

Mr. Hall will be set up in the cafeteria on Friday, all day, so that students may come by and turn in their devices. Please remind them today to bring ALL components (Chromebook, bag, charger) AND the Sprint Hotspot if they were given one back in October.

Students must return the Chromebook, charger, and case. If a student is missing any component (device, charger or bag) the missing piece will need to be replaced. The charger and bag can be purchased at the following link:

If a student has lost the device, or the device has been stolen, a lost/stolen affidavit will need to be completed. Students can fill out the affidavit either through Mr. Hall or Ms. Curry. Stolen devices will also require a police report. When the affidavit and the police report are completed, the student should return the forms to Mr. Hall. There is a $50.00 deductible for all lost/stolen devices. The payment can be made at the following link:

Students are also required to turn in the hotspot devices if they have one.  Hotspots will be collected during the same dates & times listed above. If any underclassmen want to keep the hotspots over the summer, a form must be completed. The forms will be available in Mr. Hall’s office for those students to complete.

Thank you.
