DHS TENNIS TRYOUT INFORMATION
1. All students must be academically eligible to try out for all teams. 

2. All students must have a GHSA Physical form completed by your physician and parents, a Concussion Awareness form, COVID waiver form and Sudden Cardiac Awareness form.  These forms should be submitted to Dragonfly. All players must register for an account at dragonflymax.com. 

3. All students must register on-line for tryouts by January 18, 2021. Registration will be available on the Dunwoody tennis website on January 8, 2021.  All forms must be submitted to DragonFly by January 18, 2021.  

IMPORTANT DATES  

• Monday, January 18, 2021 - Register on-line for tryouts and submit forms to DragonFly.  
• Monday-Wednesday, January 25-27, 2021 - Tryouts @ DHS Tennis Courts  
  • Boys-3:30-5pm  
  • Girls-4:30-6pm  
• Thursday, January 28, 2021 - Rain Makeup at 3:30pm for both boys and girls if needed  
• Monday, February 1, 2021- First practice for all teams  
• Monday, February 1, 2021- Meeting for parents & players
