TRYOUT INFORMATION
1. All students must be academically eligible to try out for all teams.
2. All students must have a GHSA Physical Form completed by your physician and parents and a Concussion Awareness Form.  Forms are available on http://dunwoodyhs.dekalb.k12.ga.us/Downloads/2017-18%20Physical_Form_and_ConcussionForm2.pdf
3. All students must register on-line at http://www.dunwoodytennis.com/2020-tryouts.html for tryouts by Thursday, January 9, 2020. Paper copies of forms must be submitted to Coach Meador, Coach Crissinger, or Coach Forth by Thursday, January 9, 2020.

Tuesday-Thursday, January 14-16, 2020 - Tryouts @ DHS Tennis Courts
Boys 3:30-5pm
Girls 4:30-6pm
