Safety Waivers and Emergency Contact Info: You CANNOT fence without these, and each fencer must submit ALL of the forms below!
Much more documentation is being required this year due to safety concerns. Below are the forms you need. We must submit them to the GHSFL by September 1, so now's the time to get started--especially with physicals.
