Dunwoody High School Student Expectations

We want to provide our students with a safe, orderly environment in which to study and to learn. Certain local school policies, in addition to the system-wide discipline rules are necessary. It is important that each student be familiar with these local policies as well as those stated in the Code of Student Conduct: Student Rights and Responsibilities and Character Development Handbook. For more information, please click here.

Parking on the DHS campus is for visitors, volunteers, staff and seniors who have the appropriate hang tag only. Beginning the 2018-19 school year, the Auditorium lot will be for staff parking only. There will also be reserved spaces for staff parking in the gym lot. Students who park in the parking lot without a hang tag will have a discipline consequence and will not be allowed to purchase a tag their senior year. Underclassmen who attend Joint Enrollment classes at the college will have to carpool, park at St. Luke's or in the neighborhood. Students in violation will have one warning placed on their car windshield.

Juniors - We will have 100 parking spots at St. Luke's Church. These can be purchased at registration or the Discipline Office. Thanks for your cooperation.
