NOTE: There will be a $2.00 charge for mailing transcripts.
You may e-mail the registrar or fax (678-874-8510) your request for transcripts to be faxed directly to an educational institution, place of employment or military by submitting the following information:
- Your full name while enrolled at Dunwoody High School
- Year of graduation or dates of attendance
- Fax number to which transcript will be faxed OR
- Address to which transcript will be mailed
- Phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you for further information
If mailing is required, please send $2.00 by money order made payable to Dunwoody High School with complete mailing address. In lieu of $2.00, we will accept a stamped addressed envelope for mailing your transcript.
